How-do-you-do Brett,

Welcome to Microsoft Community and cheers for asking the question. Let me help yous in uploading the Office 2013 files to SkyDrive.

Just a quick question here:

What happens if you try to relieve files to SkyDrive direct from the Role applications (like Word or Excel) using the 'Share' carte du jour in the 'File' tab?

This result may occur if whatsoever third party programs on the computer is conflicting with Office 2013 Upload Center. Y'all may start the computer in Clean Boot fashion to disable whatever third party program/service that may exist interfering, and so check if you're able to open and employ Upload Center. Refer the link given below on how to perform a clean kicking.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

Notation: Ensure to kick the computer back in normal mode later troubleshooting.

If the issue gets resolved in Clean Boot mode, then enable the not-Microsoft programs ane by one to isolate the program that's causing the upshot.

Promise that helps. Let usa know if you need more information. We'll be glad to aid.

Hi Anoop, hi Brett,

same hither. Office now refuses to open files straight from skydrive "can't admission". If I commencement sync them offline with the skydrive client it works.

The Upload Heart shows a big scarlet 10 when opened. And cleaning the cache results in an immediate crash.

Reboot, clean reboot, repair, uninstalling skydrive, ... naught works.

Any idea?

Off 365 has issues sharing files with skydrive and MS seems to be working on a set.

The just successful workaround seen so far is a complete uninstall & reinstall of office.

Had the same trouble.

Basically did a complete reset of the local Function settings. Beware this is non without side effects!

Logged in with a different Ambassador account.

Went to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office where <username> is the Name of the user where skydrive is no longer working

Renamed xv.0 to 15.0_

After logging in with the user again I went to the skydrive settings and disabled the checkmark for "Use Office to sync files faster..."

At present everything seems to piece of work but fine.

I have the aforementioned problem. I tried the "quick repair" option, just information technology didn't appear to fix it. Now information technology's "recovering documents with pending uploads." I hope there's a gear up soon.

Yes, I tried the long repair. I also tried uninstalling completely and then re-installing. The problem is that I'm an avid skydrive user. I've got skydrive desktop installed across 4 PCs, and files are contsatly beingness inverse, uploaded, and downloaded. I doubtable that it's just too much for the upload heart to handle and there'due south just as well many conflicts. Unfortunately, I spent almost five hours researching and it appears that information technology cannot be disabled. There are some registry hacks, just nil without negative side effects. I'll post feedback to MS, and hope that they fix this issue in the next update/patch. At this indicate, I'd settle for just an option to disable the upload heart.
